Review on πŸ‡ Convenient and Spacious: Discover the Midwest Wabbitat Folding Rabbit Cage by Cindy Moore

Not recommended for those who love their rabbit

I see a lot of positive feedback from people who prefer the price to the quality of life of their pets. The doors are arranged in such a way that it is difficult for the bunny to get out on his own because his paws slip and fall into the grate. In case you didn't know, it's a lot of stress for these animals to be picked up and taken out. My bunnies only sleep in the cage so their litter box is in there and each time they have to jump over the bottom door (which is quite a ways away) onto the iron gate which has already hurt their hind legs. You can remove the slatted floor, which by the way I was confused about installing as well when assembling the cage. The hooks clung to the walls of the trellis (one fell off entirely) and to install it one of the walls had to be opened up, making the structure unstable and making assembly hell if done alone. In general, removing the grate and leaving a plastic tray or covering the bottom with soft bedding renders part of the structure unusable. I'm also talking about Urine Guard which isn't very useful as it's too short, low and sharp, you or your pet could easily get hurt, but that's the part we pay for and some people really expect that it works. I'd also like to point out the awkward locks I've plucked on my fingers numerous times, which are extremely difficult to open without making a sound, making the rabbits nervous every time I do it.
