Review on Stylish and Flattering: Milumia Women's Plus Size Summer Floral Boho Maxi Dress with High Waist and V-Neck by Rodney Nelson

I usually wear 1 to 2 and order 4 times based on reviews. I wanted something casual and cool for a summer event. In the photo it looks like navy blue but the dress looks black. It fit 4X really well, but like other reviews, it's poorly finished, with threads sticking out everywhere and an unfinished hem. The material is thin but like nylon felt it would be too hot to wear, especially as you would need to wear overalls underneath. The packaging was wrinkled and broken. It felt like it had been brought back before.
