Ordered the largest size for my fat lady (12lbs), it technically fit (meaning we could squeeze her fat bum in and it fastened with velcro) but it was s en straight away, that it was too tight and the fabric didn't stretch so it didn't "give" over time. Also, the velcro is on the top (cat back/spine) and feels like it's itchy for a cat, fasteners like those attached to baby clothes (overalls) would be more appropriate. Nice concept but just not right for our cat.
