Dust/fibers causing breathing problems

I bought a few different colors and they are beautiful but the dust and fibers in these blankets only caused coughing and a mild asthmatic reaction by opening them . The same thing happened about 8 hours later when I was packing the last 2 blankets and I was also left with dust and fibers all over the house. Anyway, I've never had a reaction like this and thought it might be a problem for someone else, especially if they already have a medical condition that affects breathing.
