Broke on first try. I'm not sure if it was defective, my child or the item is just not very strong. but more importantly the company shipped a new one the next day and they did a great job. I don't know why people say it doesn't suck. suck is great! The only thing I can't live with is that soap doesn't come out as thick as real foam and I've tried many different soaps and bubble baths. Likewise. where do you put the cone and where does it come out. There isn't enough room to spread enough soap, maybe an inch and a half before it hits the top. sooo It's pretty silly because even if we get regular soap, you can't make decent ice cream. Rschunimagu
