The best thing I can say about this mask is how thick and heavy the fabric is; without deposits. Hot; and ingestion, and people with asthma should NOT purchase this product. You'd think side ventilation would help with that, but it doesn't. / Put an insert I would recommend if you work in healthcare or where there are small particles in the air. I, like all of us, have to wear a mask at work. I take a 2-5 minute break every hour to get some fresh air. Yes, it's that thick = 3 layers of dense fabric to the inserts.
