I bought this set for my son who has been playing soccer since he was 5 years old. So he knows how to use every piece of gear in the kit and has trained with it. I just want everyone to be careful as the exercise belt broke during exercise and injured his arm when the belt broke. Please use caution and supervise younger children when using the TRAINING BELT as by the way it broke, this has happened to another belt by the way so I am not sure if it is one brand or they are all like that . Overall the kit is pretty good, it uses everything money can buy with the exception of the strap prolapse. Just be careful with small children!
