The stretch is good but needs to be taken into account when ordering.
This is an attractive belt that appears to be well made. Haven't had it long enough to speak of longevity. The stretch really helps keep the pants in place without pulling them down. HOWEVER, don't order it too long, actually subtract an inch or two to avoid a long tail.

- Looks good My only problem is that it could be a bit longer

- The belt buckle is made of cheap material that scratches easily.
