This is my second charging station. The other was many years ago and at a different company. This stand is much nicer and holds more. Both tablets and phones for my family easily put together. A cordless shaver is also suitable. Personally I haven't tried a lot of cord storage, but at least 3 shorter cords are fine. I prefer a simple wooden construction over plastic when I can, and I love the look of the stand. The magnets that attach the top to the base aren't the strongest, but they hold them together. They won't withstand being hit hard by a pet or small child, so keep that in mind when choosing the installation location.
