Let me start by saying I'm athletic, 5ft 2in, about 145lbs, size 8 below and 36D above. I'm usually "medium". Okay but I know I have this suit in Medium, XL and XXL - order this suit according to your bra size because the bottoms are almost all identical and also have some adjustment with drawstrings. So at the top: I leave the XXL size - it's still pretty tight for my 36D, but there's no bigger size, it's good enough and the suit is fine again. Medium would be best for large A cups or small B cups and XL would be best for large B cups or small C cups. I hope this is helpful and I forbid anyone to own 3 identical suits!
