The only parts that are really good solid wood are the top, 4 sides of the drawer and the frame (legs). The BOTTOM of the cabinet, the BOTTOM of the drawer, both SIDES of the entire cabinet, the BACK of the entire cabinet, and (most disappointingly) the FRONT of the cabinet door are CHEAP chipboard. UGG This one fooled me. They almost made a decent piece of furniture. The weight limit for the inside of the closet is 15 pounds - no way. If you press lightly with your hand, the chipboard bends. So, fairly large footprint but doesn't fit much of what I need. Unfortunately I ordered 2. There are chips and defects in the wood. You cannot change the orientation of the door as the door is already built into the frame. The smell never went away and made me nauseous. I regret this purchase.
