Fulfills its purpose for hair care

This hair powder does what it is supposed to do, but you have to watch out for precipitation. You should lightly "kick" the powder on the scalp around the face so that it creates some dust. I used it before applying makeup but if I hadn't I'd have a fine black powder all over my face. Use before applying makeup. Then wash your face and forehead and apply makeup. This hair powder is best for small areas. (The sponge applicator is quite small - just over a quarter, so it can be a little awkward to cover a large area. I see this as a great applicator for thickening the hairline from ear to ear.) Overall, I have it Given 4 stars because it reduces scalp visibility around fine/thinning hair and areas where your hair is parted.
