I got this monitor to use with my iPad Air/GarageBand and apart from a small difference in screen resolution with my iPad (as you'd expect) it's the perfect workplace companion. Adjust, tweak, and tweak the settings to your liking for contrast, sharpness, warmth, color balance, etc. All connections are solid, and the power button is on the bottom and back where it's easy to grab . When I'm not using it as a secondary monitor for GarageBand, it's handy as a photo viewer with my iPhone (or iPad). ), the image quality was excellent. I wasn't expecting a deep, dark black at this price point, but that's a small compromise between price and performance. I am really very satisfied with this device.
