I ordered a 5XL and they gave me a smaller size with tag torn on purpose

I ordered a pair of these 5XL shorts in different colors prior to this particular purchase. On a previous purchase the shorts had a tag attached so I could see the size, but these shorts had the tag cut off neatly so I couldn't see the actual size. seems smaller than the previous 5XL shorts I've bought from the same company/brand. Buyers beware of this company, they lie about their available sizes to trick you into spending your hard earned cash.
