Overall a good replacement, but the AC plug is grounded.
It was originally intended to replace a missing power supply on an old Dell unit but I have used it on my 5570 as well. Overall it works well, works as expected. The only downside is that the AC plug is grounded, only two pins and none indicate polarity. Therefore, it is used sparingly, but works well when needed. I wouldn't recommend it for long-term use.
