Ideal for aggressive liposuction

This is going to be a thorough review as I have tried a million of these things and hope to help others who may be having the same issues. 32, hip 47. I bought 3x. I almost had a full body liposuction and tummy tuck and couldn't take all the swelling. It's been three weeks since my surgery and I just thought I wasn't drinking enough water to keep my swelling from going down, but it turns out I was wearing the wrong clothes the whole time. Well, swelling isn't just an issue for aesthetic reasons, I was always bending over in pain because my stomach was always swollen and my lower back hurt. I also had hard clumps of fluid that pooled along my groin due to insufficient compression. Whenever I squeezed my stomach, the water flowed straight into my inner thigh. I did a lymphatic massage but it was too painful and the bumps came back. Most garments don't compress up to the crotch since they have a smaller crotch, which causes many problems with fluid shifting in extraneous areas. I found the Marena garment comfortable but ineffective for aggressive liposuction. The material for this garment is stretchy but still thick and compresses well. The thigh area REALLY rises in the crotch area leaving no room for fluid to move which is one of the best things about this garment. So you don't have to buy new clothes all the time. I bought 3x because my hips are 47 inches and they fit her perfectly. My waist is smaller, 32 inches, but because it's adjustable, I just fasten it with the tightest clip and it works great. I have to say though that I have a fairly short torso so the top actually covers my breasts when it should stay underneath. But that's just my physique, but I can fix it by just loosening the first few top clamps and everything works fine. I recommend strictly following the size chart that matches your hip size and you will be fine. What I also like about this garment is that you can easily access and cover the crotch. I hated other clothing items that constantly flaunted your shop. The opening is ideal for use in the bathroom and the valve makes it easy to close everything again. It also has a lace detail at the bottom that's cute but also nice because it doesn't curl up. Getting dressed wasn't as difficult as I thought. When you first tuck your legs in and look at the waist trainer part you're like how the hell am I supposed to do that, but the trick is to lie down and that makes it a lot easier. I was able to do it myself in about 5-10 minutes. If you are in an earlier postoperative stage you may need a second person to help you as this can be helpful. All in all, if you're looking for a good inner thigh and abdominal compression workout, this is for you. Follow the size chart according to your hips, not your waist.
