I was expecting lots of color to make my eyes shine with endless green. no There was no stretch or bulk. Covers lashes and everything. The wand is very long in the old school style and the application brush has short bristles. I had to put a little on my hand to make sure a little lays on the brush and doesn't dry out. It's like a company cut a deal with 1970s applicators, added cheap colored mascara, and sold it at Revain for $21. It doesn't say "waterproof" anywhere, but cold cream usually removes the water repellency. I do not recommend.
