I replaced the dash power center on our 2011 Armada. Tried replacing "with the back of the glove box". Apparently you need hands the size of a two-year-old to do it. I tried for hours, gave up and came back the next day to get it right. I removed the dashboard, console, radio, airbag, everything. Then he took out the old actuator - with a chipped tooth - and replaced everything. Gave me an opportunity to clean up and fix a few minor issues. Put it back together, no parts/screws left. I labeled the pockets and marked the screw holes. Changed two weeks ago and still works. My hand is almost healed too.
