The case also has a small cord that is very convenient to hang on your wrist or anywhere on your waist. Once charged, I used them in the gym (ultimate test), I ran with them and did weights. I've found them to loosen up a bit when I sweat, but I'll try resizing the buds to see if that fixes the loosening. The noise cancellation in this thing is pretty impressive, the gym music was pretty loud but the headphones cut off completely. I was very happy with it. They also turn off when you touch them on the power button so you can have a quick chat. with someone and get back to your music. If I had to mention any downsides to this product it would be the fact that to charge the headphones you have to make sure they are plugged in properly and the light is on as sometimes they detach from the case and don't charge at all. Another thing I noticed is that you don't have a volume control on the headphones themselves, but that makes sense given how small the device is.
