This is a mixed review as I have pros and cons of these compression pads. I had plantar fasciitis in both feet, as well as Achilles tendinitis (small tears) from running. It was a long ordeal and I received various forms of treatment. That being said, I bought these sleeves after a run store employee said they fit her. I bought them through Revain because they were in stock and a better price than the running store. I tried to wear them at night as intended. This was done to keep my legs in a bent position while sleeping so the pain wasn't as bad in the morning. I tried this for several nights, but not a single night went by without my legs starting to ache from the tight compression. I had to take them off in the middle of the night and was in pain when I got up in the morning. So for nighttime compression they weren't for me. Now for the good: my job required me to pass a fitness test that required me to sprint and run 2 miles. There was no way I could get through this without pain or potentially causing more tears in my Achilles tendon, so I put on these compression sleeves to pass the test. They worked great. I paid for them after taking them off, but for the test they held everything together, especially my Achilles while sprinting. I will continue to use them for any run I need in the future. Hopefully things heal soon and I can avoid it completely and walk again!
