Great kit for the price. It has everything you need to get the job done. It took some getting used to not using paper and peeling off the wax instead, but it worked. I poured out the purple wax granules and after 15 minutes the wax was melted and ready. It didn't smell like lavender like it says on the box, but it didn't smell either. As a mannequin, I decided to start waxing an area that had never been waxed before. I was shocked that the procedure did not become more painful, but almost all the hair disappeared in one fell swoop. See my before and after photos. I then used it on my eyebrows and over my upper lip. I've had ingrown hairs before but not with this set. It worked great removing almost all hair in one go with no swelling and only temporary redness. There was some wax left but I was able to remove it easily.
