The tool is great! It helps me out with all of my questions when it comes to tracking down leads, understanding their needs through content creation or website design work etc., This allows us as marketers an extra source that we didn't previously have access too like data from various sources which gives our clients more information about what products they need in order to grow thier business better. I think there's nothing so far i dislike other then this being new technology still evolving but no fault here since its something good coming up :) It is very helpful to keep track of all your projects, tasks and deadlines. The interface is pretty neat as well! I would like that it has more features but this product does what we need right now. We are able to use one platform for our internal team members and also other teams in different departments across the organization. This helps us manage all our projects and make sure everything gets done when needed.
