The white leather strap for my Garmin Vivomove HR was the second strap I've bought from Wristology. The first was gold (some trinkets) worked great. Unfortunately, one side just didn't stay on white skin. I asked for an exchange and before I even got the original in the mail, a new one was in the mail! I'm very happy with the bands and even more so with the company's response. We all like to be patient and complain when something is wrong, but sometimes we forget to let people know when people/company are endorsing their product. Honor the handcuffs! You have received an AAA+ rating from me.
