I'm 5ft 7", 145lbs, 36D, athletic build (I like to think about that) and I ordered a size medium. The pads are weird so I took them off. My back worked better when it was crossed, so I moved the straps. Very happy with the bikini. Sexy, received many compliments. I wish the bottom was small but the top wouldn't fit if I ordered the small one. Almost a miss with the environment, but it does the job. I will order the same bikini in different colors. One of the best bikinis I've bought from Revain recently. 4 stars only because of the original back strap construction and the pads on the top are rubbish.
