Mixed Opinions on Home Office Desks

Just to clarify, I think I'm missing something, but this table has two parts. The top piece just sits on top of the bottom piece and I searched and looked and couldn't find any nuts or bolts to hold the second piece in place to keep it from wobbling. I wouldn't call it strong, stable, yes. but I've never felt comfortable putting much pressure on the front or back as it sometimes leans forward and wobbles from side to side if I squeeze it a little. For me, however, it was the perfect table. I'm switching to a 48" table as it has taken some damage but I still love the thing and am considering getting a replacement for the small burn it got. so a keyboard can weigh 35 or 40 pounds. It's not particularly manoeuvrable with the rocker top, but the rollers are strong and stable enough to move as long as you keep the top in place. The height is perfect for me at 5ft 8in and I like how the second tier raises the monitor to my eye level, although it's too tall for a writing surface, I agree. Overall this is something I would buy again. when I needed something that was only available for computer work.

Pros
