Easy to use, has a large selection of features that makes it easy to find what I need. Reports can become very complex, when you are looking at more than one report. When building reports, there is no option for adding a filter to only show specific dates or timeframes, so if you want to drill down into a report, you have to go through every record in the table. It is also difficult to determine how much data you have saved to your server compared to how much space you have left. This can be a confusing factor when calculating the amount of storage space you will require. We are solving our customer retention issue by generating a detailed list of all of the users who are active on a daily basis, which helps us understand our current user base and keep them engaged with our product.
