All cloths are wet (not just the bottom ones). Ideal thickness (doesn't crack like witches, not thin like store bought). No smell, just great all around! Bought this when it was just under $2 a pack - great price as the store sells them for $2 a pack - they changed the price now it's too much to order on Amazon ! Check out your local store!
