Bought this July 2020 … 1 year and nine months ago. I had really high hopes because it appears to be very durable.I do not want disposable tools. I really want things to last.There is a cap on the rear of this that can be unscrewed. Inside there is a spring that pushes the piston that forces the water to turn off if you’re not compressing the handle.The back of this cap now has fissures with a high pressure leak, and the nozzle no longer turns off. It appears that the pressure from the spring has sheared the flat portion of this cap. Unfortunately, the spring is not strong enough to engage the piston that shuts off the handle, but is too strong for the cap.So, there’s a design problem with the spring and the rear cap. It’s possible that the O ring on the piston is an issue as well.I think that this is a potentially excellent product that has some design flaws, and I hope this company will try to make these improvements.I do not want a replacement. Seriously?What I want is to purchase durable tools that last or to be able to repair tools so that I’m not contributing to an already catastrophic land fill problem. I do not want disposable tools. I do not want to participate in a system that consumes significant resources to manufacture goods, significant resources to ship those goods, then environmental problems when disposing of those goods. We do not "disappear” things when we throw them away, those things are simply relocated. Our planet gets smaller every day and our trash heap gets bigger.To the seller: please send replacement parts for the spring and the rear cap so that I can repair the nozzle. I don’t want a new one and I don’t want your money.
