Good bag; holds everything I need

I bought this bag to replace a similar but smaller bag from a well known brand that I used to carry my laptop and tools in the field when I was from switched from one construction site to another it works very well. It's a bit roomier than other backpacks I've used, but not too big to be uncomfortably carried off the court. I like that there are multiple pockets of different shapes and sizes so I have a place for a laptop. and its charger, another place for my tablet and folder and even more for various cables, accessories and devices. Almost all the straps on the bag are adjustable, so you can tighten or loosen them according to your needs. They also have a soft interior that keeps them from crashing into your hands when they get heavy. The only downside I've encountered is that due to the many pockets, it can be difficult to remember exactly where you put an item. But that's more my fault than the manufacturer's. The included smaller organizer pockets help keep similar items together, and the fact that they're made of mesh makes them see-through so you can easily see what's inside without opening the pockets. There is a zip at the top and around the main straps of the backpack at the back. a bag that, due to its construction, cannot be closed with a zipper. I'm sure it's just a stylistic decision by the designer and doesn't interfere with anything, but it looks a bit out of place to me. because I'm the kind of person who sees the button and has to push that, so when I see a zipper I expect to be able to zip it. In the end I'm happy with the bag because it works well and it's a pleasure to carry around.
