The automation process has been very easy for us, all we have done so far was filling out some forms which took about 5-10 mins each time but that's because it just needs you fill them up correctly first! I would say they are one of those companies who really know what their doing when it comes to this kind of thing as everything worked flawlessly from day 1 until now - no issues at any point! We're using Kimono mainly to improve our efficiency by automating manual tasks such as sending emails through templates or creating invoices automatically etc.

It also helps keep track of data within your organization since every task gets its own folder/folder structure (which makes things easier than having multiple folders). All these features were previously not available via other software providers where i used to use Sage 50 accounting system before switching over to kimonoas only solution provider. Our overall productivity increased drastically due to less wasted hours spent manually performing repetitive tasks.
