Chair looks good online. I thought since it is microfiber it will be comfortable. I was gone for 6 days. I replaced a leather chair I bought at an office store in May 2012. It fits perfectly but the material has worn out after 4.5 years of use. They have the same identical microfiber chair for $179.99. I wish I had installed the same before I ordered it! It fits horribly and will give you back pain in no time. I also had 2 armrest bolts that had to be removed during assembly. I called customer service and they have replacement screws on the way. good service from them. From now on I sit on the next chair before I buy it. Which may be .Update in the near future. 9.9.17. After prolonged use, it seems to fit much better. I was also unable to adjust the seat adjustment after assembly. It changed the world! I will change my rating from 2 to 4 stars. This is now acceptable. I wasn't sure before? Updated 06/05/2018. The chair is holding up well. I use about 5-6 hours a day. It's more convenient now than when you first bought it. For a fabric chair, this is the best you can get. They invested more in a more expensive leather chair. Leather chairs make my back sweat. I hate this feeling! I would buy this chair again when worn. I would rate it 4.5 stars.
