I am very satisfied with this bath pillow. It feels nice and is comfortable, but still has a rather thin profile. It's so much more comfortable than the inflatable bath pillow I used - so much better! This material feels good on the neck and is well shaped for good support. There are six large suction cups on the back. They can be a little tricky to attach to the bathtub surface, but once attached they hold the pillow in place. I find that it is not necessary to use all of the suction cups to hold the pillow in place - 1 or 2 will do. I love that it has a built in hook to hang the pillow to dry. The general build quality is good, with tight, even stitching around the perimeter and no protruding or puckered threads. That's a good thing that makes a long soak even more enjoyable. Five stars.
