The ability to communicate within several departments in different cities is very helpful especially when we are in transit. Sometimes there are delays at the local server which can be difficult to predict or mitigate for business users to have smooth conversations. We primarily use it for video calls but some of our colleagues like the inbuilt chat feature as well which helps us work better remotely. The best thing about this software is that you get complete insight into the performance of the team members, so you can plan your schedule of meetings efficiently which ultimately benefits the company. The best thing about i800 is that it has helped us to connect with our customers in an innovative way by providing them with a personalized experience. It also helps us to build relationships with our clients which leads to more business transactions. I would like to see some improvement in the UI of i800. I would recommend this tool for any organization that wants to enhance their customer service. We have been able to reach out to our customers and solve their problems in a better way.
