I have been feeding Health Extension Grain Free to my Pride of 4 cats for 3 years. During this time, the price has fallen significantly. This is a plus! The ingredient list is amazing. With this feed there is much less waste in the shells. Sometimes I forget to order ahead of time and end up feeding them what I call McDonald's food for a few days. They eat loads of it. They're always at the food bowl, which tells me they're not getting what they need. Once was in reserve for a month. I bought similar groceries. NO! All gained so much weight during this period that my friend mocked them. They were in a deplorable state in just 30 days. When I started feeding them this food again, they became wonderful in a short time. Muscular, slim and with a playful back. I highly recommend trying this dish!
