For Sale: World's Most Uncomfortable Keyboard

I'm a developer and writer so I use my keyboard all the time. My fingers were cramping and I was afraid that the RSI would throw me out of the game in the long run. I heard a lot of good things about the Advantage 2 so I ordered it. My first impression was that it was really cheap. It seemed like the plastic would crack in a fall, and the buttons would click annoyingly. I work from home but when you work in an office your co-workers go crazy. It didn't work with my Mac out of the box, so I turned to the usual manual. Pooh. It's tiring. The website had a quick start guide which was more helpful. I knew the keyboard would be different and I was willing to spend some time with it. However, what I DID NOT want to do was spend hours trying to get this thing to print correctly. Program shortcuts are an absolute headache and they didn't work half the time. Some keys didn't change - the Shift key got stuck on the "colon". They have a "SmartSet App" that looks simpler than a bunch of keyboard shortcuts, but it's only for PC. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Will you be making a $350 keyboard and not a Mac version of the app? Overall, I liked the softer feel of the keys, but you just get the feeling that Kenesis doesn't care at all about improving the keyboard - it looks and works like it hasn't been updated since 1984. Don't bother improving it because they have no competition. I'm going back to my Microsoft Surface, which has fewer features and more complex buttons. But any minor hand strain is nothing compared to the headaches I would experience if I continued to use Advantage.
