I have never used gamepads before, bought for some games on Steam, which now require a gamepad or just work crookedly with a mouse and keyboard. In order to use it normally in games, I recommend downloading InputMapper (previously called DS4Tool), it allows you to turn off strong backlighting, reconfigure the keys and allows the gamepad to work even with those games that do not detect it, passing it off as an xbox controller. It also makes it easier to work on bluetooth, although I still use a wire. The touchpad is completely useless because it's not precise enough to replace a mouse. I don't use it for gaming or work. The triggers feel flimsy and the sticks, again, are not precise enough. However, this can be fixed by buying additional "nozzles", for example kontrolfreak, on the sticks, which lengthen them. They cost from $8 and take about three weeks by mail from the USA. It is even more convenient to play with them. In general, I am satisfied with the gamepad and even periodically look for games specifically for it, because playing with it is often more interesting than with a mouse.
