I bought these for my son to wear around the house. We live in an old farmhouse and it's pretty cold there. He said they are super comfortable and he loves them. They sit perfectly on the waist but I also like that they have laces. The pockets are deep which helps keep his phone from falling out of his pocket. Overall these pants are very well made and appear to be durable for our lifestyle. I recommend these sweatpants.
