This is not a hard wax. in Ladies
I haven't read it enough but because the gold wax that comes first is a hard wax; I thought it was all hard wax because I was looking for it. This wax never hardened and I had to spend 20 minutes with the wax remover oil to get it from my sister in law. I don't know if it's meant to be hard or soft because it's not specifically said.
