I've been flying multicopters for almost a decade. This is the most overwhelming update in this area since low-latency ESC on 32-bit flight controls. I didn't have the problems that a one star reviewer had. My only real issue is that in typical DJI fashion, the firmware update process is clunky at best and 95% of the time it doesn't work for all three devices. Luckily I learned from the forums that this is "normal" and that it is a timeout issue when re-enumerating a device in Windows 7. Despite the wrinkle factor I encountered during setup, I still give it 4 stars for performance. As for the face foam, it seems much better than the original faceplate on my Fatshark HD2 as well as the replacement HD0 faceplate with the new vents that I recently replaced. There are light leaks, but the screen is so sharp and bright that I didn't notice it at all in practice. With Fatsharks, every incidence of light made it difficult to focus on the screen. One cool feature that I haven't heard of anywhere is that you can wear the headset while wearing regular full-frame glasses.
