Experience with DSLRs since 1979 "Zenith TTL". Then Nikon F5, canon 1000D. I don’t understand those who criticize like that, apparently an ardent supporter of Nikon. Both of these companies are worthy of each other and it is impossible to say who is the best. BUT, picking up the 60D, you feel that this is not a toy, the weight of the camera itself gives quality - it compensates for the jitter and the force of pressing the shutter button. Of course, it makes no sense to compare with full-matrix 5D, BUT under all circumstances it will give odds to everyone. The picture quality is impeccable, although it is very sensitive to glass. If you attach a good lens, even a whale lens, then the complete impeccability of the camera is revealed. Compared with 600, 70D (it's a shame that there is one ruler, but the camera turned out worse), 7D. It doesn’t roll for a pro, there is a drawback, but for non-commercial use it’s better not at this price, not among Canons, not among Nikons, I omit the rest, they are soap dishes compared to this camera. I'm not going to bathe in mud and water, but nothing happened after the rain .
