I recently assembled several different cat towers. GleePet was by far the best. I immediately noticed the difference: the GleePet pack was much heavier than the others, even for larger trees. This is because the material is harder and stronger than any other scratching post I have. All trees were about equally difficult/easy to assemble; The GleePet guide was a little better. But where GleePet really shines is in the small details. These people have thought about their product. All trees were equipped with elaborate montage images, each with a letter. However, GleePet actually added a small sticker so you can easily tell which sticker it is. (My least favorite wood didn't mark anything at all, and I had to constantly measure each piece to see if it was a 14" or 15" leg.) This marking made assembly much quicker and easier. Best of all, GleePet made two different sizes of screws in different colors. I made one of the classic assembly mistakes: I put the wrong screw in the base. When I realized my mistake, most of the tree was built. How can I find out where I used the wrong screw? With the GleePet tree, it was simple: that screw was bronze, not silver. Found in seconds, replaced. and finished building my tree. Little things like that are very important. It was a strong, beautiful tree. GleePet has made building as easy as possible and also made it easy to fix your mistakes.
