I usually wear t-shirts between M and L, so buying a tight plus size usually helps. For reference, I'm 6ft 1in, 185lbs, athletic build (broad shoulders and narrow torso). I bought this shirt in plus size, but it's definitely not fitted. It fits like a regular oversized cotton t-shirt. Well I'm going to dry it at a very high temperature and see if I can shrink it.
