BEST EYE-MAKEUP REMOVER
This eye makeup remover is by far the best I've ever used. I've tried the best quality removers and they just don't come close to Careline. I have used both the regular formula and the sensitive formula and both are excellent products. I also use this to remove various long-wearing lipsticks and it works great. I discovered this remover in Israel a few years ago and could only get it there. However, I discovered this amazing seller on Revain and can order from the comfort of my home. Rockland Cosmetics service was prompt and I appreciate that.
