Review on Promarc Software by Chris Hazzard

The customer support is excellent, they are extremely helpful when it comes time for implementation as well! I have not had any issues using this product so far but that could just be because our organization uses their products daily at work (very large medical facility).

It's easy enought use once you get used too all features however if there was one thing i would like changed about promarctools interface or UI more options/features? We're solving an issue where employees can't login from home without having access through VPN which causes problems during emergencies such hospital visits etc..
