Big print: massagers and accessories

Why did I want an electric handheld massager? I work a lot on the computer and no matter how hard I try to keep my wrists straight and in the right position, I still have tension and pain in my hands and wrists. I also often have hand cramps associated with regular phone calls. I wanted something small that I could use in between actual massages to reduce tension and swelling in my hands. What is good about an electric handheld massager? The pressure is great. It kind of reminds me of how a blood pressure cuff works - it curls around my wrist, hand and fingers. I'm definitely feeling some relief from the swelling and pain in my arms. I will continue to use it for relief between massages. What improvements are there to the electric hand massager? I would have liked it more if the pressure varied across the palms and individual fingers rather than on an all or nothing basis. The heating element is fine - it only heats the top of my arm, which isn't very efficient. The vibration aspect is a waste of time - it feels like I'm holding my phone when I get a call - not very efficient. Hope this review helps you.
