Media could not be loaded. The three porcelains are pleasant to the touch. But too thin but not heavy/thick and feels solid but not too brittle. The design is attractive and shiny. The packaging is well done. It comes in 3 boxes and comes in a red case. Nothing has broken. Improvements needed: cup size, spout size, lid. The brewing vessel is poured slowly if you are used to gaiwans. Watch the tip pouring video. i will keep it
