Our RV didn't have a running board so we thought this running board would be perfect. Reviews were good and said it was easy to install. However, there is no mention that this was a replacement step and not a new step. The step comes without instructions or equipment. We prepared the installation and contacted the manufacturer for the missing information. Only then did we learn that it was intended as a backup step. Installing on our RV chassis without the support of the step frame would be neither safe nor stable. It's too late to return the money. The manufacturer did not return the money either. Anyone want this step? All you have to do is pay for shipping!
