I'm 5'1, a size 4, muscular gym shorts and the small size was just right. Perfect leg length. The waist was a little loose and there was a little baggy in the legs. I've made her wear them to work for Covid (as a fake scrub) and chill at home on Sundays - hit the spot. They are comfortable and soft. The ankles are a little tight but that's okay (although I have small ankles). My only main complaint is that the pockets are a bit bulging and I don't have much room for my hips. If I pull the t-shirt over the pockets, everything is fine. Generally at a very reasonable price - I am satisfied! Update after a few months: The fleece on the inside of the legs is a bit scratchy/upset after washing/drying once a week. Too rough for my skin. Maybe I'll give them away or turn them inside out in the coming winter days if I don't leave the house. I have eczema and skin sensitization on my legs but not as much - important to note.
