The best part of XCHANGE is its ease of use - everything from creating an account to managing your users and accounts. Once you're signed up you get access to the most powerful search engine available (the one that Google built). The only drawback of using XChange is the lack of flexibility when it comes to defining user groups and permissions within applications or environments. For example, there's no way to define "superuser" roles as opposed to specific group memberships like admins vs developers etc..
