
To start off my son LOVES the tablet! However, at some point the screen stopped responding to touches and then went completely black within 9 DAYS of purchase. I figured things like this could happen sometimes so I reached out to Revain as I believe it's still under warranty. They told me to contact the seller and the seller tried to tell me that my "MONTHLY WARRANTY" had expired when I actually bought less than 2 weeks before. They tried to get me to write a good substitute review but I feel like their customer service wasn't very good. They then stopped responding to my emails when I mentioned that I had the tablet less than 2 weeks old so was within the MONTH of the warranty. In short, I liked the tablet, but if you have any problems and need to contact the seller, GOOD LUCK! Ps AMAZON replaces the tablet for free!
